We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant /Assistant Manager to assist in the growth of the department by developing new leads, market appraisals and managing a busy desk.

The successful candidate will be a bright and confident character with a passion for people, initiative, a ‘can do’ attitude, with lots of energy.

The role:

  • You will need to have experience in an estate agency environment, either in a similar role, or be ready to take the next step in your career.

Lettings Manager – Woking

We are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to assist with an ever-growing portfolio at our Farnham branch. The successful candidate will be a bright and confident character with a passion for people, initiative, a ‘can do’ attitude, and lots of energy. Building on our sizeable existing portfolio, the role requires you to be proactive in the expansion of the business and assist in its continuous growth.

Your responsibilities

– To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation

– Carrying out viewings at various rental properties

– Occasional drafting of tenancy agreements and renewals,

– Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone

– Helping build up our lettings brand and creating new ways to find tenants for our developments

– Various ad hoc duties

Experience & skills

– Experience in property lettings

– Experience generating new business/canvassing

– People Management

– Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills

– Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service

– Knowledge of lettings, landlord and tenant laws would be an advantage

– Full clean UK driving licence

Lettings Administrator – Alton

We are now looking for an Experienced Lettings Administrator to join our busy, friendly Lettings Support Administration department.

Responsibilities include

  • Drawing up Tenancy Agreements and sending via Docusign.
  • Ensuring all Tenancy Agreements are signed by both Tenants, Landlords and Guarantors (if applicable), prior to the Tenancy commencing.
  • Ensuring all initial monies are paid before the commencement of Tenancy
  • Adding fees for Landlords and Tenants
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including GDPR and proof of Tenants “Right to Reside in the UK” status is current and that all deposits are registered and compliant
  • Updating of Lets Proceeding Sheet on a daily basis.
  • Liaising with sales team & accounts department
  • Drawing up Section 21 Notices to terminate Tenancies
  • Liaising between Landlord and Tenants during the renewal process.

Skills:

  • Previous history working in a busy Lettings Department essential, ideally with experience in drawing up contracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise
  • Positive, pro-active and flexible approach
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
