Bourne are delighted to announce their latest acquisition, Trenchard Arlidge in Cobham. Due to Bourne’s ever-growing success and prominent positions in all the towns in which they operate, they have been able to welcome their 8th office into the Bourne group. We’ve sat down with Stuart Mitchell, the new owner and Kevin Arlidge, the previous owner to chat through details on Bourne’s brand-new addition.
Hi Kevin, why did you choose Bourne as our successor?
We approached Bourne a while ago when we were initially considering retirement. We felt they were a young, growing business with similar values to ourselves and that our branch would fit nicely into their group.
And Stuart, why did you choose to open a branch in Cobham?
“Cobham is a great area located between our Esher and Woking offices with some beautiful properties to sell and let. The Trenchard Alridge branch is superbly located within Cobham town centre with plenty of footfall. The opportunities that lie within the Cobham local market are endless and we look forward to maximising all those opportunities in the near future.”
What plans do you have for the Cobham branch?
“We aim to quickly expand the current team. Our Branch Manager, Marc Roberts will be leading the team, having transferred from our Esher branch. He has 20+ years agency experience and knows the local Cobham market very well.”
What can customers expect?
“We’ll be in touch individually with all the vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants to introduce ourselves and discuss the enhanced service going forward. Maximum exposure for our customers properties including listings on all three main portals i.e. Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket plus a range of social media and marketing support will be on offer. We will also expand our existing relationship with Relocation Agent Network to provide access to a nationwide network of approved agents, which provides even more exposure for our clients.”
