Our Property Management Team relocated in 2015 from Guildford to our Alton office, as their continued growth lead to the need for bigger offices. Our dedicated team of Property Managers, Lettings Accounts and Lettings Administrators focus their efforts on building strong relationships with all our landlords, tenants and contractors, along with delivering an effective and efficient service at all levels.

Christian Howes
Managing Director BIO
Christian, with over 20 years of experience up to Managing Director level, has worked for both corporate and independent companies since 2000. He resides in Guildford with his family, is actively involved in the local communities, and has a keen interest in land development and new home construction.
David Taylor

David joined Bourne Estate Agents in 2018. Being raised and educated in Surrey & Hampshire, enables him to bring extensive knowledge of the county and surrounding areas. With over a decade’s experience in the industry, David is a valuable addition to the lettings team across our numerous locations. With over 16 years’ experience in customer service, David is dedicated to delivering a pro-active and efficient service to landlords, tenants & staff. David’s greatest passion within his role is witnessing both business levels and staff growth year on year.
Claire Whiter
Lettings Account Manager BIO
Claire has worked for Bourne since 2012 and manages our ever growing lettings accounts department. She works hard to support both tenants and landlords to ensure a smooth running of their accounts.
Dianne Newman
Assistant Head of Property Management BIO
Dianne joined Bourne in July 2017 as a property manager, having gained an abundant experience dealing with and organising contractors previously. Following her work for a maintenance and engineering magazine for 9 years, she was seeking a greater challenge and looking to expand her customer care skills. In her spare time, she likes to travel to new places and spending time with her family, including her trusty dog.
Kelly Holland

Kelly joined the Lettings Admin team in 2019, having previously worked in Lettings and Property Admin since 2016. Kelly has a further 12 years of administration and client facing experience and uses this to ensure she provides a fast and efficient service to our front office teams, Landlords and Tenants.

Sarah joined Bourne in 2023 bringing with her a strong business accruement in Property, Equestrian and Construction, having had vast experience in Customer Service Relations, a real team player. An outdoors Lady, passionate about her Western Horse Riding.

Jess joined Bourne in 2022 following 8 years working in commercial property facility management. Jess brings with her several years of customer and client service as well as a passion for an exciting career with Bourne. In her spare time Jess enjoys movies, photography and walking her dog.

With over 2 years of experience in property management and over 8 years in the customer service industry, she excels in tenant relations, property maintenance coordination, and ensuring smooth operations for both landlords and tenants. Her strong customer service background reflects her commitment to delivering high-quality service and effective communication. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog and traveling to new places.

Whether assisting landlords or tenants, he is here to ensure a smooth and successful experience. Outside of work, Danny enjoys training at the gym and travelling.

Louise joined Bourne in 2022 having previously worked as a Senior Property Negotiator for another local Estate Agency. She has a strong customer service and administration background and has lived in the Alton area for the last 15+ years. In her spare time, Louise loves to travel and enjoys taking her two teenage girls to new places.
