wealth of knowledge and experience. Successfully working in many different

Meet Sian, from Epsom, Surrey in the South East of England,
she has over a decade of experience in Residential Lettings. Having previously
worked for both corporate and independent agents, working her way up from a
Trainee Negotiator to Lettings Manager, and successfully completing a number of
industry courses and exams.
Nora has lived and worked in the surronding Esher area for most of her life,
experiencing the schools and all aspects of local family life. Nora has worked in the property industry since 2002 and for the James Fancy/Bourne office since 2012. Nora’s knowledge of the local area and the surrounding properties is
invaluable to the company office and our customers.
Cody is widely regarded by both her colleagues and her
clients as an extremely capable member of the James Fancy team, having worked within estate agency since 2015.
She is dedicated to providing a very pro-active sales service and has great
local knowledge. Her passion for good service and high standards is evident to
Chris was raised and educated locally. He has worked within
a customer service environment in Esher for over five years and is well known in
the local community. His enthusiastic approach to his work makes him popular
with both landlords and tenants. We are delighted he is part of our team, where
he will have scope to develop his career further by providing exceptional
service to our customers.
Originally from South London, Anne fell in
love with Esher and the surrounding areas after a friend re-located. She has
now lived here for over 20 years, with her sons attending schools in both Esher
and Cobham, so she has an excellent knowledge of the local area. Anne has
always had a passion for property and is determined to provide the best
possible customer service. Although she still works as a freelance fashion and
interiors stylist, she is thrilled to fulfill her long held ambition to work in
property with the friendly team at Bourne. In her free time, Anne enjoys
walking her dog on Esher Common, playing tennis, gardening, photography, and
attending local theatres and concerts.
Lauren joined the Social Media & Marketing Department in 2018. After graduating from UCA in 2014 with a degree in Journalism, Lauren has gone on to run her own lifestyle blog and become a regular contributor for an international website, all whilst working in full-time customer service roles. In her spare time, you can usually find Lauren walking her puppy Indiana Bones, reading or watching penguin documentaries.
