Farnham Branch

Farnham is our original flagship office, located in a prominent position at the top of Downing Street. Opened by Stuart Mitchell and Adrian Cannon back in February 2009, we quickly established ourselves as ‘Market Leaders’, dealing with more properties than ANY of our competitors; something our ever growing Farnham team have been able to maintain ever since.

Stuart began his career in the late 1980’s and worked for both corporate and independent companies at director level before starting up Bourne in 2009 bringing a wealth of experience to the business. He has lived in Farnham for many years with his wife and two children.

Adrian began his Estate agency career in 1998, at one of the largest independent estate agents in the UK. Having been with Bourne from the very beginning back in early 2009, Adrian and his highly dedicated and experienced team have seen Bourne of Farnham become the areas number one estate agents. As the Director of the Branch he has seen the office grow from strength to strength through hard work, a loyal team, extremely high standards of service and ‘word of mouth’ recommendations. Adrian is incredibly proud of his team who have made Bourne what they are today.

Matthew has worked within residential lettings since 2005 helping landlords, tenants and property investors achieve their property goals. During his career he has won numerous performance related accolades within a growing corporate business. In 2013 he embarked on a fresh venture, to help expand the lettings business for Bourne Estate Agents. Since joining Bourne, Matthew has built strong working relationships with many Investment landlords and works closely alongside them to help grow their investment portfolios.

Matthew has grown his network and local knowledge across all lettings markets throughout Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey, enabling him to provide accurate, well considered and genuine advice on all aspects of the lettings market.

Adam has worked within residential sales since 2005, gaining a wealth of local knowledge by helping vendors, buyers, property investors and developers to achieve their property endeavours.

He joined Bourne Estate Agents in 2009 and has been instrumental in the success of this Flagship office. Since joining Bourne Adam has built strong local connections with many investment buyers and developers, achieving superb testimonials due to his professional approach. Additionally, his success is demonstrated through various top performance related awards he has won throughout his career with Bourne Estate Agents.

Adam lives in South Farnham and can often be found networking in some of Farnham’s finer hotspots.

Daryl joined Bourne in 2019. His own personal experience of being a landlord, mixed with 27 years of industry experience, making him a great addition to the Farnham team. Daryl is dedicated to making things happen where others may have failed by constantly going above and beyond for his clients.

Nicola has been working in Lettings since graduating from University in 2002. She has worked in a variety of market places and seen differing conditions over the preceding years. She has passed industry recognised qualifications and kept her training up to date and relevant. She joined Bourne in 2015 to open our Lettings Dept in Woking. She took that office from a cold start to a busy department quickly establishing Bourne amongst the market leaders in that town. She moved to Farnham office in 2018. Outside of her busy day job, Nicola is an avid sports fan and likes to keep herself fit. After becoming a mum for the first time in 2019, she now thoroughly enjoys spending her free time with her partner & son along with her five step children.

She joined Bourne in January 2020 and brings her undeniable dedication and positive energy to the team in Farnham.

Hannah has built up a wide range of property experience, having joined the expanding Guildford sales team in 2016. Hannah's property knowledge means she can support the Farnham lettings team in all aspects of customer service throughout the lettings processes and is an invaluable part of the team.

Bella is also a landlord herself, looking after her portfolio of properties. Bella’s key role is a sales consultant, dealing with clients in and out of the office, showing them around properties.

Lauren joined the Social Media & Marketing Department in 2018. After graduating from UCA in 2014 with a degree in Journalism, Lauren has gone on to run her own lifestyle blog and become a regular contributor for an international website, all whilst working in full-time customer service roles. In her spare time, you can usually find Lauren walking her puppy Indiana Bones, reading or watching penguin documentaries.
