Andy is a highly experienced estate agent with over 17 years of unbroken industry experience, including continued progression and strong sales results. This, coupled with his experience across a variety of market locations and ever-changing market conditions, means he is a highly effective agent. His knowledge has been built while working for both corporate and independent agencies and he focuses heavily on customer satisfaction, organisational skills and staff motivation.
Matthew has worked within residential lettings since 2005 helping landlords, tenants and property investors achieve their property goals. During his career he has won numerous performance related accolades within a growing corporate business. In 2013 he embarked on a fresh venture, to help expand the lettings business for Bourne Estate Agents. Since joining Bourne, Matthew has built strong working relationships with many Investment landlords and works closely alongside them to help grow their investment portfolios.
Matthew has grown his network and local knowledge across all lettings markets throughout Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey, enabling him to provide accurate, well considered and genuine advice on all aspects of the lettings market.
Ross has worked in the Estate Agency industry for over 6 years and brings with him a wealth of experience, a keen eye for detail and believes customer care is paramount. Having worked in locations across Surrey and Hampshire, and living in both Guildford and London he has a strong knowledge across a range of marketplaces.
Jamie has worked in the industry for over 5 years, initially
dealing with contracts, deal progression and negotiation for a large corporate
agency. Jamie joined the team at Bourne in 2016, bringing with him an eye for
detail and a keen interest in the ever-changing Market.
Tom originally joined Bourne in 2016 as a Lettings Consultant in our Farnham branch. After taking a year out to travel the world, Tom has re-joined the Bourne team in Woking as a Property Consultant. Tom looks forward to progressing his career within Woking and supporting all the Woking clients.

Woking College. Oliver has worked in Estate Agency for the last three years in
Wimbledon & Cobham, providing advice on the current property market and
aiding clients in finding and securing their next home. Prior to this Oliver
worked in the South of France and speaks fluent French.
Alfie is our newest member of the team. Having previously worked
in recruitment, Alfie is keen to follow in family footsteps and is passionate
about providing vendors and buyers exceptional customer service. In his spare time, Alfie enjoys swimming, attending car shows and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
Jim joined Bourne in 2018 after working in an independent
estate agents in Addlestone for 12 years. Jim’s property knowledge means that
he can provide exceptional customer service to all clients and progress sales
smoothly to an exchange and completion.
Natalie has over 30 years secretarial experience working for a
variety of companies and lives locally with her husband and three children. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys reading and cooking, especially authentic Spanish dishes.
Bradley has worked for Bourne since 2014. He quickly established himself
as a dedicated asset to the sales team and has always been passionate
about assisting our local clientele in finding their dream homes. In his
spare time Bradley is a budding cook and loves entertaining with
friends and family
Lauren joined the Social Media & Marketing Department in 2018. After graduating from UCA in 2014 with a degree in Journalism, Lauren has gone on to run her own lifestyle blog and become a regular contributor for an international website, all whilst working in full-time customer service roles. In her spare time, you can usually find Lauren walking her puppy Indiana Bones, reading or watching penguin documentaries.

Bourne staff cycled over 100 miles in one day to raise money for 7 individual charities.
