Our original Alton office was opened during 2011 following the acquisition of Goodeve & Partners estate agents in Alton. After a record year in 2014 we relocated to our current High Street premises; a move that brought together several departments. The ever growing sales and lettings teams in Alton are on the ground floor with our property management and accounts teams located on the first and second floors of the building.

Andrew Miller

Two decades ago, Andrew embarked on his career with a well-known national agency, contributing to the success of two thriving offices in Berkshire and Hampshire. Having previously worked with Stuart, it was an effortless choice for him to join Bourne shortly after its launch of the first office in Farnham in 2009. In his current role, Andrew oversees the Alton, Bordon & Farnham offices, where he has witnessed the Hampshire offices of Bourne flourish under his leadership.

Gemma, a seasoned estate agent with over two decades of experience, ventured into the industry in 2003. In 2011, along with her husband Andrew, she established the Alton branch. Renowned for her straightforward and honest approach, Gemma prioritises her clients’ best interests. Her profound knowledge of the Alton & Bordon markets offer invaluable insights to both sellers and buyers. Outside of work, Gemma treasures moments with her husband, two teenage daughters, and their three fur babies.

Ayisha joined Bourne in 2020, with 10 years’ experience in customer service & hospitality. Her drive and ambition, along with her people skills make her an excellent member of the Alton team. Ayisha truly is a people person and enjoys guiding people through their next chapter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and walking her cockapoo.

Roanna joined us in early 2017 giving the Alton team the perfect balance of energy, with a customer service focus. She has a wide range of experience, mainly within a retail background and is always on call to place people with their ideal property.

Since Jenna started in March 2014 she has worked in our Alton, Petersfield and Farnham office so has a good understanding of the local market. She offers excellent customer service, attention to detail and has a pro-active nature, as well as being passionate about providing professional advice and expertise on all aspects of lettings to our clients. In addition to this she is an ARLA member providing peace of mind in relation to legislations. She lives in Alton and has two young children which she loves to spend time with and enjoys finding new restaurants to dine at.

Began her career with Bourne in 2015 in line with the office relocation to a more prominent position within the town. The heart of the office, Zoe is on hand to fulfil all administration tasks and provide support to the sales team.

Bella joined the team in 2016 and brings with her wealth of experience, having both bought and sold properties on numerous occasions. Bella is also a landlord herself, looking after her portfolio of properties. Bella’s key role is a sales consultant, dealing with clients in and out of the office, showing them around properties.
