Our original Alton office was opened during 2011 following the acquisition of Goodeve & Partners. After a record year in 2014 we relocated to our current High Street premises; a move that brought together several departments. The ever growing sales and lettings teams are on the ground floor with our property management and accounts teams located on the first and second floors of the building.

Andrew's career was started over a decade
ago with a large national agency, where he was part of two successful offices
in Berkshire and Hampshire. Having worked alongside Stuart in the previous
company, it was an easy decision to join Bourne shortly after the opening of
the first office in Farnham in 2009, Andrew has since been given the task of
heading up the Alton & Petersfield office where he has seen the Hampshire
offices of Bourne go from strength to strength.
Jayne has worked in the
lettings industry since 2009, predominantly
based throughout Hampshire and Surrey, where she has built great
relationships with her client base. She has
lots of experience in investment properties and has looked after
landlords with extensive portfolios,
alongside offering advice on ideal buy to let opportunities in the local area.
Jayne is excited about what the future holds for the lettings market within the Alton area and is looking forward to continuing to support our
local Bourne tenants and landlords.
Having worked in the industry
since 2003, Gemma is best described as a passionate estate agent and will always
strive to achieve the very best results for her clients. Gemma joined Bourne in
2011, working in the Farnham office. In 2012, following the acquisition of
Goodeve & Partners, Gemma joined the expanding Alton team where she has
assisted many buyers and sellers in finding and selling their homes.
Roanna joined us in early 2017 giving the Alton team the perfect balance of energy, with a customer service focus. She has a wide range of experience, mainly within a retail background and is always on call to place people with their ideal property.
Began her career with Bourne in 2015 in line with the office relocation to a more prominent position within the town. The heart of the office, Zoe is on hand to fulfil all administration tasks and provide support to the sales team.
As the Company Secretary Kelly is the backbone of the company, working closely with all of the branches, accounts and HR. Kelly has lived in Farnham for many years with her husband and two children.
Louise joined Bourne in 2019, having worked in all areas of agency since late 1980's. Louise is passionate about excellent customer service and looks forward to delivering this to Bourne's clients on a daily basis. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and reading.
Lauren joined the Social Media & Marketing
Department in 2018. After graduating from UCA in 2014 with a degree in
Journalism, Lauren has gone on to run her own lifestyle blog and become a
regular contributor for an international website, all whilst working in
full-time customer service roles. In her spare time, you can usually find
Lauren walking her puppy Indiana Bones, reading or watching penguin
Ian is our independent mortgage specialist and a director of Core Mortgages. Having previously enjoyed a career in estate agency, Ian is well placed to guide clients through the entire home buying process. When away from his desk, Ian enjoys badminton, mountain biking and cookery and spending time with his wife of 30 years.

Bourne staff cycled over 100 miles in one day to raise money for 7 individual charities.
On the 28th May, our Lettings Director, Matthew Pulford crosses the London Marathon finish line and raises over £5000 for charity.
