Bourne Estate Agents fully support all the advice being given by the government during the Coronavirus pandemic that is sweeping the UK and the world at this time. We would like to first and foremost pay our respect and deep gratitude to all NHS staff and recent volunteers for their hard work and bravery.
Whilst it is certainly not business as usual at this time, we do have a number of customers that need to move to avoid being left homeless, are key workers or in jobs providing essential services. Bourne have closed all offices to the public and our staff are working remotely.
Bourne have worked tirelessly to provide not only virtual valuation capability for sales and lettings, alongside virtual viewings. A plan is now in place between Bourne and our recommended inventory clerks, to ensure those that still NEED to move, can move in a safe way without any need for interaction. We can now arrange virtual check ins on prepared inventories and mid term property inspections.
We’re on standby to help all existing clients progress their sales or lettings transactions as far as possible to ensure they complete are also working with local trades to ensure jobs are booked to take place once the restrictions have been listed. Any emergency repairs can be carried out in the interim.
The safety of our customers, contractors and staff is at the forefront of all of our minds and we will continue to adapt our service as guided by the government when permitted. We would like to thank all that have engaged with us during this time, for their patience and focus on delivering the right and appropriate service levels, whilst finding solutions that allow the job to be done wherever possible.
