Property Management
Bourne offer our Landlords three management levels of service, depending on how involved they like to be with the lettings process.
The majority of our landlords opt for our Fully Managed Service which we hope to be hassle free and where Bourne act on your behalf as liaison with the tenants. Alternatively we offer a Let Only Service and a Rent Collect Service.
The key benefits to being ‘Fully Managed’ by Bourne are:
Compliance:
We will automatically renew any necessary safety certificates.
Inspection
We will visit the home at least three times annually and provide you with a report detailing the overall condition of the property.
Maintenance:
We will arrange maintenance works, liaise for access & arrange the payment of the associated invoices.
Negotiation:
We will manage the negotiation of the deposit at the end of the tenancy (TDS Arbitration is dealt with by the Landlord).
In addition, our accounts and administration departments will provide:
• Deposit handling & registration
• Rent collection and fiscal statements
• Renewal tenancy agreements
• Draft & delivery of formal notices<
Matt Ware, Head of property management and the whole lettings support team are dedicated to the care of our Landlords’ properties for the duration of their tenancies. Each property manager has their own portfolio of landlords, so they have a detailed knowledge of their respective properties and can manage our landlord’s interests on an individual basis.
