Christian, with over 20 years of experience up to Managing Director level, has worked for both corporate and independent companies since 2000. He resides in Guildford with his family, is actively involved in the local communities, and has a keen interest in land development and new home construction.

David joined Bourne Estate Agents in 2018. Being raised and educated in Surrey & Hampshire, enables him to bring extensive knowledge of the county and surrounding areas. With over a decade’s experience in the industry, David is a valuable addition to the lettings team across our numerous locations. With over 16 years’ experience in customer service, David is dedicated to delivering a pro-active and efficient service to landlords, tenants & staff. David’s greatest passion within his role is witnessing both business levels and staff growth year on year.

When he is away from the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young girls plus a round of golf.

Toby joined Bourne in 2023 having just studied Geography, Business and Art in college. He wanted to test himself and start a career in a sales environment with great potential to develop and progress. Outside of work, Toby is a keen rugby fan and plays at Haslemere RFC.

Caitlin joined Bourne in March 2016 as a letting negotiator following a successful career in the customer service industry. Her career has continued to go from strength to strength, receiving numerous promotions throughout her career and after gaining a wealth of experience in the Lettings industry accompanied with her ARLA Qualification, this has placed Caitlin in a perfect position to help her clients secure the best possible results.
