Christian began his career in 2000, he has worked for both corporate and independent companies, up to Managing Director level. He has lived in Guildford for many years with his wife and child and is very engrained within the local communities.

David Taylor
Local Director

David joined the expanding lettings department in 2018. Being raised and educated in Guildford enables him to bring extensive knowledge of the local area. With 8 years’ experience in the industry, David is a valuable addition to the Guildford lettings team. With 13 years’ experience in customer service, David is dedicated to delivering a pro-active and efficient service to landlords and tenants. We are delighted for David to be part of our office as he brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the team.

Caitlin joined Bourne in March 2016 following a customer service role in a home furnishing shop. Her career has continued to go from strength to strength and after gaining a wealth of experience in the Lettings industry, is now a Valuation Manager within the Guildford office.

Tom has worked closely with Bourne over the past 4 years, he has a wealth of knowledge across Surrey having worked in Farnham, Woking & Guildford. Having worked in both Lettings & Sales Tom prides himself on rapport building with Vendors, Landlords and Buyers alike. Tom enjoys spending the weekend with his Son or going to watch the Football.

Amelia Joined Bourne in 2021. After graduating from university with a Psychology Degree, Amelia worked as an events coordinator in connection with property development which started a passion for the property market. Amelia hopes to grow her skills in helping buyers and vendors achieve their dream move and prides herself in giving honest and accurate advice.

Kathryne joined Bourne in 2022, after 7 years in the hospitality industry, working in idyllically located country pubs, with excellent service to match five-star food. Kathryne has a passion and a proven track record for delivering great customer service and enjoys creating long standing relationships with clients, ensuring the customer journey is always in the forefront of her mind. In her spare time Kathryne likes to travel to new places, exploring different cultures and experiences.

Regina joined Bourne in April 2022, having relocated from Brighton where she worked for a corporate estate agency for nearly 7 years. Before she began her career in estate agency, she also used to live in Australia for 5 years and travelled around the world solo.

Recently, she decided she missed the buzz of estate agency and decided to reunite with her love of property and a fast-paced environment.
