Ross has been in estate agency since 1986 and has used this extensive experience gained during all market conditions to enable him to offer vendors the best possible advice and guidance to ensure they achieve the best possible results. Married with two children and living locally, Ross is well aware of the challenges and needs of clients wishing to move home and always goes out of his way to ensure their requirements are met in full, if not surpassed.
Having been with the Guildford office since it first opened, David’s professionalism, willingness to help and hard-working ethos enable him to provide a superb level of service to both vendors and purchasers alike, which has resulted in him becoming one of the town’s most successful estate agents as well as holding the company wide top sales consultant award for 2015.
David joined the expanding lettings department in 2018.
Being raised and educated in Guildford enables him to bring extensive knowledge
of the local area. With 8 years’ experience in the industry, David is a valuable addition to the Guildford lettings team. With 13 years’ experience in customer service, David is dedicated to
delivering a pro-active and efficient service to landlords and tenants. We are
delighted for David to be part of our office as he brings a wealth of
experience and enthusiasm to the team.
Karen joined agency
20 years ago but then went on to explore different career paths. Recently, she
decided the missed the buzz of estate agency and decided to reunite with her
love of property and a fast-paced environment. In here spare time, Karen enjoys
spending time with her 3 daughters and granddaughter.
Caitlin joined Bourne in March 2016 following a customer
service role in a home furnishing shop. Her
career has continued to go from strength to strength and after gaining a wealth
of experience in the Lettings industry, is now a senior consultant within the
Jessica joined Bourne in 2019 as a property consultant. She has previously worked in Retail with a desire to always work in the Estate Agency industry as her family have always been closely linked with buying and selling properties. She has a eye for detail and knows the importance of a high standard for customer service.
Josiah joined Bourne in 2017, having previously worked for
another local estate agents. Josiah demonstrates a wealth of local experience, enthusiasm
and hunger. Josiah is passionate about building a career in lettings with
Bourne, and using his customer service and sales skills to build long-term
relationships with our Landlords and Tenants.
Jim joined Bourne in 2018 after working in an independent
estate agents in Addlestone for 12 years. Jim’s property knowledge means that
he can provide exceptional customer service to all clients and progress sales
smoothly to an exchange and completion.
Alex is a highly experienced estate
agent with over 13 years of industry experience, prior to this he
spent 14 years in the British Army. This, coupled with his experience across a
variety of market locations and ever-changing market conditions, means he is a
highly effective and determined estate agent. Alex focuses heavily on
customer satisfaction and strong advice to allow the customer journey to remain
positive at all times.
Lucy has worked as a
viewing assistant at Bourne for 2 years whilst studying for her degree at the
University of Surrey and when she’s not studying or working, she enjoys writing
her online beauty blog.
Lauren joined the Social Media & Marketing Department in 2018. After graduating from UCA in 2014 with a degree in Journalism, Lauren has gone on to run her own lifestyle blog and become a regular contributor for an international website, all whilst working in full-time customer service roles. In her spare time, you can usually find Lauren walking her puppy Indiana Bones, reading or watching penguin documentaries.
