Our vibrant Guildford office was opened in September 2010, by Dominic Bruneau, Lisa Jones and David Lowther and is located right in the heart of the town centre, at the top of the High Street. Our team has grown from strength to strength and several years on we have firmly established ourselves as a dominant force within the Guildford Property market.

David joined the expanding lettings department in 2018. Being raised and educated in Guildford enables him to bring extensive knowledge of the local area. With 8 years’ experience in the industry, David is a valuable addition to the Guildford lettings team. With 13 years’ experience in customer service, David is dedicated to delivering a pro-active and efficient service to landlords and tenants. We are delighted for David to be part of our office as he brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the team.

Caitlin joined Bourne in March 2016 following a customer service role in a home furnishing shop. Her career has continued to go from strength to strength and after gaining a wealth of experience in the Lettings industry, is now a senior consultant within the Guildford office.
